The perfect venue in Westwood, Los Angeles

Any successful and memorable event always has one key ingredient, the perfect venue. Some factors you should consider when choosing your venue are…

What is the theme? First things first, you must identify the type of venue you are having, is it going to be a dinner, celebration, corporate event, religious gathering, memorial, or a wedding reception? Once you have the theme figured out,  it is much easier to proceed with the rest of the planning.

Is the venue suitable for your guests? It is important to consider the suitability of the venue with your guests because it is the first impression as soon as your guests walk in. If the rooms are dark, cramped, and outdated, that will only invoke negative feelings of uncomfortableness, where a clean, bright, open and modern venue will invoke positive feelings of wealth and happiness.

What services will you need from the venue?

Again, this goes back to what the theme is, is this a classy event? Or is this a casual gathering? The services are an important aspect of a successful event because they are what guests interact with. Will there be flowers? Will there be waiters? Or how about bar tenders? What type of food and drinks will be served and how will they be served to your guests? These are all important questions to ask yourself when planning your next event.

Lastly, How much time will you need to plan?

With our ever so tight schedules, it is almost impossible to address all of the above. The solution is to find the ultimate venue such as Sinai Temple’s Kosher Gourmet LA. With many ballroom’s and halls to choose from, as well as a vast variety of catering menu’s, waiting services and  entertainment options; Kosher Gourmet LA is the one-stop shop for your event needs. http://www.koshergourmetla.com/venues/
